Ramses is more than a restaurant, it’s a concept born in 2007 to champion high-quality lifestyle and leisure in Madrid. Located in a landmark spot right next to the Puerta de Alcalá, the venue combines multiple spaces: open-kitchen restaurant, terrace, Champagne Bar, and event rooms. The interior design was reimagined by the prestigious Jouin Manku studio, blending avant-garde aesthetics with artistic flair.

Entertainment & Atmosphere

As night falls, Ramses shifts into a vibrant lifestyle hub, drawing a cosmopolitan, design-conscious crowd. Its terrace is perfect for Madrid’s “tardeo” , daytime drinking,  and socializing under stylish lights and warm sun. Inside, the Champagne Bar dazzles with a fiber-optic chandelier crafted by L’Observatoire International, adding a dreamy glow to your evening.

Culinary Journey

Ramses’s culinary offering draws on Mediterranean roots, refined by international touches and seasonal ingredients. Their open “Kitchen” space brings theatre to your meal, grilling meats, fish, and vegetables over charcoal for a smoky, elegant flavor. For something more inventive, the first-floor Japanese-fusion restaurant Natsuki features high-tech tables with projections and neon touches.

Evening Evolution

Ramses evolves beautifully as the day turns: from relaxed lunches and brunch to sunset terraces and late-night glamour. At dusk, the terrace becomes a social hotspot, ideal for cocktails under the sky or celebrations on warm Madrid evenings. Inside, as music and lighting shift, the space takes on a refined nightlife rhythm, enhanced by its architectural and lighting design.
